The platform supply vessel Normand Skipper is in Westcon Dock
Solstad Offshore's platform supply vessel (PSV) Normand Skipper was docked in on Sunday 21st February and is scheduled to complete on 21st March.
The scope includes the installation of a new VROS (submersible propeller) involving considerable steel work and piping, the overhaul of the four main motors and other maintenance and upgrading work. The work to be performed is in a variety of areas and systems on the vessel, and will involve all disciplines at the yard.
Westcon is pleased that Solstad has chosen the yard to perform the work, giving us the opportunity to welcome Normand Skipper once again.
