2010 West Venture

West Venture left the yard on 7^th June after completing a successful yard stay which consisted of SPS and upgrade including change out of exhaust pipes and silencers, hull reinforcement due to cracks between the pontoon and column, handling of thrusters for overhaul, replacement of various pipes, repair of under hull guide system platforms, replace of mud standpipe, prefabrication and installation of hatch on pipe deck, painting of BOP, mudpits,  and assistance to Seadrill's direct subcontractors.  The characteristic good co-operation and communication between Seadrill and Westcon ensured an effective yard stay.
